"Great colleagues to work with but competitive environment"

Fret not about your CPF contribution as I believe the HR follows the MOM rules very closely. Colleagues are all friendly except that you might not be able to know EVERYONE in the company, might be hard to even remember names because the company is split into 3 different Web pages. When interviewing, they will ask whether you prefer cruise or tours.Cruise can be high in profit when someone books for alot of people but not many people will go for cruise compared to tours. There are alot tours coming up from them too (probably higher price too!)Company has outings here and there which is good for the employees to get to know each other.Boss is open to new suggestions and opinion.Everyone has their own computer and seat, fridge and microwave is available as Sunday might not have stalls open. Food in the surrounding area are mostly affordable and lunch crowd is cray ill go after 1.30 ;)
단점:Pay isnt that great, commission is possible but not easy for the first few month you work. Must be REALLY competitive and hardcore to earn commission(no life because off day also have to reply in order to close deal)no deal at the lowest cap = no commission AT ALL.Everyone literally works day and night on Facebook which I feel really no life.. (I'm saying this maybe because I'm not suitable for this line, but I do have friends that's still there and she's leaving soon too and their turnover rate is quite high) plus they always hire interns for 3 months job so new faces every 3 month tooOh have to be able to understand Chinese as they have Chinese Web version (being able to use Chinese is an advantage cause you can take customers from there as well) unless they expanded to Malaysia/indo?)
