단점:Huge discrimination on the basis of designations. Punch system with 5 minutes of 'Grace Time'. Six day working. Little recognition and appreciation. Very traditional in approach. Works like a government office. Bureaucracy. No processes. Highly rigid environment. Zero employee benefits.
