Zyme Solutions has an excellent product and excellent position in the market and will continue to dominate that space despite the issues I will mention in the cons section. The people are also great, and there are a lot of good events in San Francisco that bring people together. Compensation and benefits are excellent.
단점:Internally there is almost no room to grow, what you get hired as is what you will be until you leave, unless you are an exec that can't figure out the role... because then they will promote you to another role you can also not figure out. The feedback loop is also an issue, because there is none. The company hires exceptionally talented people and either 1) overworks them or 2) sticks them in a box and refuses... any common sense feedback from it's employees. Unless, of course, you are a company insider that has access to the execs, then you get to say and do whatever you want. The executive team is exceptionally weak. They do not listen to feedback, nor do they challenge the CEO when he should be challenged. Quite a few of the execs are also lazy, and this is well known throughout the company and not addressed. There is a significant amount of nepotism, which is then followed by a uncomfortable amount of favoritism. There is almost no vision, and the winds shift constantly and with little thought, but will be presented as a success to the CEO regardless of actual results. Honestly, it's a very discouraging and frustrating place to work.

"Face time" is not important--no one cares whether you're in the office or what schedule you work as long as you're doing high quality work. For the most part, the management team is made up of nice people.
단점:See title. Very little promotion from within. Does not appear to be a great place to build a career.

They are the #1 in the channel data management area. The company truly understands the market and business and makes sure the platform solves customers problems. Also extremely customer oriented, one of the most customer centric companies I have seen. They have some large well known bands as customers. Customers are global which allows hands on learning about european and asian/middle-east markets
단점:Some processes can be improved, a little old and dated. Need to bring in more progressive minded as opposed to old school to bring in new tools (they are a lot of new tools that could be subscribed) and methods. Churn at senior levels was not good

One of the things I appreciate the most about this company is the flexibility it gives me to work from home and set my own schedule. The leadership team is approachable and eager to give guidance when needed. There is truly a team culture here, which sets everyone up for success. This company is rapidly growing and setting the standard in the industry, which is exciting and makes for a fast paced environment. ... There is ample opportunity for advancement if you suit up, show up and get the job done.
단점:This is a global company working with global clients, many times early morning or late night calls are necessary. However, the flexibility of creating your own hours makes the trade off worth it.

There is a lot of responsibility and... trust bestowed on employees at all levels. (Micro-management is uncommon.)
단점:Small companies in growth mode sometimes lack infrastructure, processes, systems, tools, etc. This has gotten much better over the years but there will always be room for improvement. Those who are comfortable operating 'without a net' won't be bothered by this (and may even prefer it.) On one hand, the entrepreneurial spirit that can be the basis for an exciting place to work, and on the other hand, it can lead... to trying lots of things that don't work out. Changing tactics can sometimes be confusing, disappointing, and time consuming but this often happens with small companies.

Executive team is passionate about the company and the product. Environment is fast-paced and sometimes high pressure. The company is growing so lots of opportunities for growth if you know where to look.
단점:There is not a solid structure for career growth. One has to be very proactive in searching for ways to grow within the organization. Since the bulk of the engineering teams are in India, early am meetings and late pm meetings are the norm.

Being the market leader in a fast emerging space makes for a fun and dynamic environment! Opportunity is yours for the taking, but you have to want it and be self-driven. The one thing that really stands out the most – the people! The executive leadership is down-to-earth and very approachable. They are always open to new ideas and actively soliciting feedback from all (and they genuinely want to hear your... feedback!) And, the pay and benefits are competitive for a start-up.
단점:It’s a fast-past and dynamic environment and space and that means that you’ll have to be open to things changing, new ideas, minimal structure and some ambiguity. You also have to be self-motived and willing to take on more with less resources.

- Got an opportunity to write a lot of code. - Product was good in channel data management.
단점:- Worst management. - No proper process. No recognition for hard work. - Manager always tells you what is not done, not a single word what is done though you have done it in proper and efficient way. - Always changes requirement on the fly. Even after started development, they keep changing the API structure. Business is worst and they don't have clear idea what they are exactly looking for. Due to this,... unnecessary pressures will come to the developers. At the end of the it's developer's fault as always. - It recently got acquired by E2Open, which is the worst decision by the management. After acquisition, they dissolved most of the products and team members like anything. 80-90% of the people either laid off or put resignation. never ever join this company.

Good product company. The are market leaders in the vertical that they them selves have created.
단점:Old employees have a strangle hold on the product and they will not divulge any key details to new people in the team . They kill any innovation. Any innovation is met with skepticism or it will be simply dismissed by old members of the team. The old guard acts in mysterious ways .Any innovation or simple automation of some manual tasks, they think will render them useless. A strange sense of entitlement or... possessiveness among old guard on the product, prevents it from moving forward and leaves the new team members frustrated. As new members of technical teams cannot even trust the higher management to resolve these issues, and are left in a limbo. Higher management is scared to stand up to old technical people. So they act as facilitators for the culture of opaqueness among technical teams. Some managers are so coy and basically afraid that they do not even speak in presence of these of these old giants. When upper management speaks, they only speak to second whatever the old guard tells. So any new member joining the team will be at back foot and always plays the catching up game with no help nor inputs from the older members. The old guard plays the existential games to the hilt and plays the new members like pawns. The reason why upper management is afraid of the old guard is because the old guard has created so many dependencies on them selves and hold on to certain critical areas of product which they don't divulge to anyone. This makes them indispensable. Only reasonable guy i found was CEO, with whatever limited interaction i had with him.

It's been couple of years with Zyme in the Operations department - the management is transparent and treats employee with respect.. appreciation and rewards are given to talent also great focus is retaining talent. Executive management is one of the best in industry
단점:More onsite opportunities for Ops team. I have not encountered any dull moments at Zyme. They are doing really well.

The best place to start one's career. Lot of opportunities and growth if you are good at your work. The open door culture of the company makes it the best place with the constant support and encouragement not only of your manager but also of your peers and the management. Very warm and approachable HR and facility team. Their office location might be far from one another but for the city's commute problems, it is a... very good arrangement.
단점:Not all process are streamlined.... that is still WIP.

People are good and friendly. Salary is okay to market. There are three office in Bangalore so you don't have to go very distance for office.
단점:Managers don't care about people. Only people close to management get rewards and other things. No career for hard working employee. If you don't know local language, then nothing for you.
