I've been here a month. So far, I have found Zuken a wonderful place to work. You have fantastic colleagues who are very friendly and supportive, who guide you whenever you seek help, and an excellent manager!
단점:Haven't seen any cons yet.

I was paid well, worked with very competent people, and was willing to remain loyal for a long duration. 401k in the US was excellent, with matching.
단점:The inability of the organizations that make up the company to either get along or simply go their own way to be successful chokes the life out of the company. It's as though the HQ has no desire to make a profit - they spend so much time preventing success from the people who have the knowledge to succeed. There is an air of paranoia among employees, and there are ruthless changes in positions that make no sense.... For anyone seeking employment under the US organization, I do recommend it as a great group of people to work with, but I don't think it's a place where long term employment can be considered.

Cooperative environment, talented team, loyal customer base, competitive products, good medical benefits and vacation time. Good interaction with European team And R&D. Good marketing, driving awareness and generating leads.
단점:Liaison with Japan is overwhelming micro managed. Headquarters executive management needs more relationships with key customers outside of Japan and more frequent interaction with teams,

Zuken has a group of highly talented, passionate, and caring employees. I genuinely enjoyed working with almost every person at the company. I liked that there was a lot of transparency between management and the other employees.
단점:Although the company stresses the importance of work/life balance (and gives its employees a very generous vacation package) many employees get swept up in their jobs and end up working much more than 40 hours a week.
