Salary. The salary offered is among the highest that I know compare to other company. Salary adjustment is subject to right justification. Of course we need to have a measurable performance. Leadership is good - at least on my team. My manager always protect our team.
단점:Medical only self-covered. I have a family - wife and two kids. And the medical only cover me. Time is not as flexible. We have to come to office on time and there is no flexibility of working from home. You know, sometimes wife or kids are sick so you got to stay at home but still want to support the operation.

1. Love how they didn't judge people based on the qualification. The more productive you are, the more chances you get for promotion. 2. Bosses are easy to get along 3. Broad knowledge to explore
단점:1. Increment has been always a problem. To get RM 300, they could make you wait for 3 years even if you are a performer 2. I don't know but I sense that increment amount is given by some sort of lucky draw system. Yes! under performing or less productive staff could get handsome increment while those who break sweats and tears are getting ugly and frustrating amount. 3. Management will always find a way to drain... your energy 4. They started well by having 5 days work and 2 days off operation but suddenly changing it to 6 days work operation. 5. In due to the the rare to no increment, seniors always under-pay compared to new hire 6. KPI is designed to the extent of it become impossible to achieve. 7. To summarize, they will give you nice salary for starter and let you have that for years before you can actually get a small increment. 8. Staff concern is not being addressed. The funny part is they kept on doing survey for staff's feedback.

단점:no career progression/advancement they will hold your last drawn salary up to more than a month bonus? upon company discretion even for the 13month bonus. if they don't want to give, they will be adamant not to give to you. no salary increment medical benefit - clinic visitation only cover RM50 hospitalization - if only you are admitted and limited choice of hospital that you can go in Klang Valley area. no... other benefit, staff feeling are not taken care off. KPI - they set the KPI elements so high and hard to achieve by the staff in hoping not to have to pay the staff, this has resulted in lack of motivation for their staff to strive for the KPI

There is no pros. Everything is decided by the higher ups. Everyone boot licks their way up and there is no career growth in this company.
단점:Barely any bonus. Even if they give you a bonus they will extend your notice period. Work to please the higher ups. Stressful and not rewarding. Barely any benefits.

단점:Salary is low in the industry, higher management has no direction nor do they trust in their staff to do their job. Results in low morale and high turn-over.
