Casual dress, if anything. Co-Workers were also nice people
단점:The two bosses of this place are the two most miserable, unethical, lying, deceitful people I have ever worked for. I have seen them literally take chunks of money out of my and my fellow co-workers paychecks for being a minute late for work. When I say chunks, I do not mean a pro-rated salary, I am referring to "fines" upwards of $500. The best part about it is that they somehow feel justified in what they say... or do. Also, they like to make comments on the appearances of their employees to each other like it's a high school. I literally would not recommend working here if you have any decency or self-respect. If you are in a pinch and working here is your only option to feed your family, starve instead.

Management is very patient and willing to go the extra mile for their employees. The workload is manageable and the office vibe is wonderful. My co-workers were very friendly and the environment was like nothing I've experienced in the past.
단점:Deadline season can be very hectic. Granted the stress only continues for 2 months of the year.

Colleagues are good people, and friendly.
단점:I worked for YouthPro for a while, and the company is very poorly run. Management does not care about their employees. They lie to their customers, and to their employees. This job will never get you anywhere in your career. They have very poor work life balance and expect to be working overtime without any extra pay. The office is generally dirty, and no one cleans. Very stressful environment, and you get... manipulated all the time.

I worked at YouthPRO for 2 years as an administrator. A lot of paperwork, mailings, proofreading, etc. The company is owned by two guys and they are both really nice, and value each of their employees. They are easy to talk to and were very supportive when I told them I'm moving across the country. The office is laid-back, co-workers are all friends and the commute is easy being very close to both penn station and... times square. Good pay, health insurance, benefits.
단점:They are sticklers for being right on time, even a few minutes late is looked down upon.

Great work environment. Never worked for a progressive company like this one before. I wish I could've stayed longer. The training process is what I remembered the most. I got a lot of one-on-one time with management and that helped me out in my growth. Not only did i get experience but I also adopted their passion to give yearbooks to little leagues.
단점:The office was a bit messy and cramped. Need more space to move around but it was bearable.

Excellent mission, dealing with non-profits. I wanted to do more with my time but my time was limited and there is only so much you can do in a day.
단점:I wish I had more time to work for the first company I believed in.

Office is located right in mid-town. The other employees are nice and easy to get along with.
단점:Bosses are concerned with one thing, themselves. Consider yourself expendable at any time. These guys are morally/ethically corrupt and worship the almighty dollar. The work is monotonous, boring, yet stressful at times. The bosses act more like babysitters- surfing the web while listening in on sales calls most of the day. Pay is different for person to person & seems biased. Basis of job is to recite a sales... script that ultimately persuades businesses in a deceitful/hyperbolous manner to buy advertisements.

The salary was good and there's commissions.
단점:Although the pay was good, working for a small business where the owners don't care enough to actually hire someone to clean the office or even clean it themselves was not a place I wanted to work.
