Great people across all teams/offices. Everyone in Sales and Account Management worked hard and brought character and passion to the table.
단점:- Perpetual mismanagement at the top-level. - No collective vision. - No CFO --> no pulse on company financial health - No company parental leave policy (defaults to state rules) - Does not demonstrate care towards employees. - No transparency.

단점:Really bad management. Problems are dealt with by pointing and blaming other people. There’s no professional approach or work ethic. They’re constantly stressed out people and they come off as rude. Due to managerial issues, some lingering employees begin to believe they have more power than they should. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I've been working for the company for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say about my time here. Leadership is great, business is growing and most importantly is the benefit of working with people who care about you.
단점:Every company has it's downsides but there isn't really anything worth mentioning.

YouAppi is so much more than a workplace. The company is a unique combination of Family, work and a great place to learn and develop whether you are looking to join Adtech taking a junior role or come on board as an experienced professional. in addition to a solid, constantly evolving product, a great team and atmosphere and competitive benefits, the CEO managed to build a truly global company with unique synergy... and collaboration between 12 offices in different countries, timezones, languages and cultures. If you are looking to join a real international startup and get exposure to the Adtech business as a global industry rather than just a local operation- YouAppi is the best place i can think of. the knowledge, experience, connections and friends i made during my employment are absolutely priceless and will stay with me for many years. Also worth mentioning that despite being a "move fast / break things" startup, the company has been profitable and financially stable for a long time, essentially maintaining the agile/innovative startup spirit while being a stable business that providessecurity and multiple growth opportunities for every single team member.
단점:nothing worth mentioning, standard issues that occur with fast growth- most are being solved fairly quickly and efficiently

It's a place where you will get experience in a fast-paced start-up and gain a thick skin, but really that's a sliver lining to a very dark cloud of to more than it is a "pro". The healthcare perks and 401k matching are good. But that's about all I can say that is a true "pro" of working there.
단점:Management was capricious. Communicating with them felt like walking on egg-shells, and you could never know whether it would be a normal day or the sort where drama would take over the office. It felt like anyone could be let go at any moment, which made the office full of constant gossip and fear-mongering. Working here, you could expect to be spoken about behind your back, especially if you pushed back at all... against management. There definitely was also nepotism: It was more about who you knew and how obsequious you were willing to be, and less about what you were doing for the company. I could say a lot more--some things I witnessed and experienced were rather egregious--but I don't think I need to. I sincerely hope for the sake of those still employed there that the situation has improved.

If you want to hustle and have passion the sky is the limit. The Company has had amazing growth and achieved profitability in just few years. Management has created a family culture and the employees are like brother and sisters even during aggressive growth to 140+ employees
단점:Not much to say pretty special place. Given the rapid growth Management really worked hard to continue to innovate around tech along with keep employees engaged

Some people are kinda decent.

Working here is more like making friends, nice people and atmosphere. Majority of employees do care a lot about their daily works and make progress, meanwhile we could get support from our co-workers more than we expected.
단점:Caring more about socializing rather efficiently coping with problems. Messing boundaries between 'family' and 'company' could bring confusions to some extent. Senior levels might not be able to listen to others properly.

I am a newcomer to You Appi (YA). The main reason I joined YA was because of its technology. Products and services offered by YA are useful for many people/end-users, not only for companies/brands. I personally receive the benefit of YA’s technology on a daily basis. I salute YA’s corporate culture, from top to bottom, even given my experience in several other companies. YA’s solid teamwork comes with a sense of family. This is very rare in many companies. I believe YA will become even better and stronger.
단점:Like many companies that are less than 10-years-old, YouAppi must improve its processes and be more organized. Having said that, I see a lot of effort to improve and YA has made good decisions in this regard. Though, there are many who cannot accept change, just like the message behind the book, 'Who Moved My Cheese?' It is a normal and common effect.

Great people to work with, proper management and absolutely friendly atmosphere. The team leads give you freedom to do the stuff the way how it’s more comfortable for you! Few more important pros: working with cutting edge technologies, good career growth, great connection between the executive team and employees despite that company is relatively big (and growing!), good work/life balance.
단점:In general, there’s nothing worth to mention as every company it goes up and down depending on the situation in the market, so, sure, this affects the employees, too.

There are a *few* great people who work at this company but those few don't make up for the rest of the 180+ incompetent global employees.
단점:1. Leadership- They have no idea what they're doing and I have no idea how they've even lasted this long? None of them take accountability. If you want to learn, grow, and develop professionally, this is not the place to do it. They'll expect you to do everything without any guidance. 2. Culture: LOL. This place is laden with constant misogyny, racism, and sexual harassment. 3. Benefits: LMFAO. they will try to nickel and dime you on EVERYTHING. Working remotely? Oh, well that's considered vacation so you’ll be docked PTO. Do you have equity from your hiring agreement? Don't expect that ESOP paperwork for at least 1 year. Have expenses you need to submit? Don't expect to get paid on time because they'll question every. single. line item. Then once your expenses are paid, you'll have incurred interest charges on your CC. Need software to help make you successful and efficient? Sorry, that’s asking for too much money to invest in your professional growth. You'll have to do everything the manual way. Need to travel to see clients or go to a conference? You'll have to take the red-eye since that's the cheapest option that they’ll approve. You'll also have to bunk in a room with a colleague so they can save money (but they're a profitable company, right?). And don’t expect them to return any of your emails when you leave the company to exercise your vested shares (read: don’t bother negotiating any equity since you won’t be able to exercise any of it when you leave, just ask for more salary ONLY) 4. Business: they have 5 products that barely work. All they are is a fraud company. There's nothing innovative about any of them.

The company is full of intelligent and knowledgeable people. My best work environment so far. Proactivity is rewarded and all ideas are welcomed and considered by management.
단점:Aside from the usual issues at a fast paced company, there aren't any real cons. I was surprised when I was reading through the negative reviews though. The concerns that are mentioned are biased and it lacks objectivity and might be based on personal issue. Definitely cannot be applied to the entire company.

If you have the right connections you can advance your career
단점:If you have the right connections you can advance your career. Otherwise they treat you like an outsider. Secrets and information only the "elite" is privy to. If you're not part of the inner circle you're left to fend for yourself. Some managers take advantage of their positions and demand a lot of work (and it has to be the best) from their employees while not paying fair salaries or even giving perks. You're... expected to work past 5, weekends, and bank holidays if you're not part of the "family" Mediocre people get rewarded and promoted.

I’ve worked in the tech industry for 15 years now and YouAppi is without a doubt the best company I’ve worked at. The people there are just awesome and everyone is always eager to help. It is a fast paced office that is rapidly growing. It has a fun environment with good benefits. The management team is really focused on making you successful in your career. It’s an amazing place to work to build your career.... You learn new things everyday and find a lot of opportunities for growth. Bottom line - it’s one of the best companies out there.
