We have a group-oriented culture.We also put the inportance on group comany employees on-site because drivers support customers life through their delivery service.
단점:Since we don't connect with customers direcyly, there are a difficulty to keep motivations for working. We need to rearize our contiribution for customers through supporting employees on-site.
