Genuinely a fantastic team with inspiring, friendly, motivated people who want to make a difference to help clients, their customers and the world beyond. The amount of good intent is extraordinary and this translates into a culture where people will help each other out without the need for it to be repaid or recognised, take on and action feedback, really invest in each other. I don't recognise some of the... feedback posted on this site - it's amazing the number of times a day I see and participate in adult conversations about how to make stuff better without the politicking and worse that i've seen in other companies. Would have loved / would still love to chat about any part of our culture with anyone interested. Other pros - punching above our weight in terms of clients and access, great opportunities to develop new skills on the job and a real willingness to support people getting better and better.
단점:As with any entrepreneurial start-up business, there can be a tendency to have great big ideas which are then hard to go and turn them into real, actionable, things in BAU. I've seen this a bit but frankly it's better to work in a place where there are great ideas than none at all.

Some great talent in the team, with some genuinely lovely, talented individuals in the mix and coming in Nice new office location in Central London The Design work on all company docs and presentation is unique and identifiable. Best colours and branding of any consulting agency out there. Nice touches, like birthday cards and cakes occasionally. Breakfast once a month The offer box is a nice touch on... confirming your contract, but it sets expectation high for joining.
단점:"Transparency" is regularly used as code for invasion of privacy and to give ammunition to fuel negative feedback. "Pauses" are used to break individual’s confidence down by giving conflicting feedback which you’re then left to get on with alone. Sharing information in your induction sessions about how you work, your triggers and your biggest fears, to then have them used against you during feedback which is... given unskilfully is quite damaging. A lot of potential is going to waste as employees start to doubt their own worth and second guess everything. Lack of trust and vision from senior leaders means they are not utilising the 'hybrid- talent' which they have hired (on false pretences). You're promised the opportunity to step-change your performance and grow with experience, but in reality, it is the same few chosen people who continue to get the bigger opportunities on client work and have their voice heard. You will be relentlessly pressured to open up your black book of new client contacts- with no reward, just embarrassment when they then get messed around by threezero changing meetings multiple times. Even though one of the values states “It is not purely about working longer hours, with no measurable increased outcome”. This is not the case at all. No USP now digital offer is gone- just another boutique consultants.

A small, welcoming and very driven team focused on development and results. The leaders run the business in an open and transparent way. Everyone is committed to supporting and helping each other; a real team ethos! Lovely office space and location too.
단점:Can come across as a bit chaotic lacking in proper processes, but that goes with the territory of a small and expanding business.

I do not know where to start. I have worked for businessthreezero for more than 2 years. This was a big challenge for me not least as I moved (from Europe) directly to London to start this job, also bearing in mind English isn’t my first language. Bthreezero is more than a company to me - it is a culture, a shape of mind. Everyone in the business has a performance coach to help drive personal growth and... this coaching structure ensures everyone is able to properly stretch and develop. They care about their employees as if they are their “customers”. I don’t think it would be possible to find an equivalent business, easily elsewhere. So why did I leave?! Sadly, because we decided to pause the digital product there was no longer a big enough job for me to do day to day and although the Leadership Team offered me many opportunities to remain in the business, I thought it was the right time to move onto a contracting/ associate model and start my own thing whilst looking for new opportunities outside of the business. The company can improve some things - namely you can work long hours during big projects/crunch time but to me, it never actually felt like “extra work”, more being on part of a journey with my team to get to a good outcome. I was always surprised how easy it was to book a coffee with the CEO and or anyone in the Leadership Team. As I leave, I’d like to thank the Business, the managers and all the employees for what they taught me these past 2 years. They’ve built my confidence to the point I’m now comfortable and excited about being client facing; I’m able to communicate better to large groups people, I know how to own a room and can understand how an SMB operates with FTE100s and are able to compete with the bigger businesses.
단점:The management at bthreezero will give you all the keys to succeed but will not unlock the door for you. That’s on you

- Fantastic group of strategic and curious people who are on a mission to make an impact. The questions are big but then so are the rewards. Huge focus on the human side of business and driving positive cultural change. - Open and engaging recruitment process. B3.0 is clearly passionate about who it employs. At each stage I met various people across the business (each chosen to aide role discussion and questions)... which allowed me to develop a 360 picture of the work and culture - B3.0 clearly practice what they preach; during my week I saw huge (time) investments being made in people development including a group workshop to discuss and practice facilitation techniques

There are some incredibly talented individuals who bring a wealth of enthusiasm, experience and contacts to the table… when they’re allowed to express any of it without judgement.
단점:This is a business that prides itself on being a ‘human consultancy’, wax lyrical about ‘eating its own dog food’ – in plain English, it (supposedly) lives the values internally that it sells to its clients. The reality is more ‘dog eat dog’ wrapped up in fluffy layers of misapplied semantics. There is a distinct lack of emotionally mature leadership and trust amongst the senior management. Unsurprisingly,... this has resulted in a pyramid management structure, with a single individual unwilling to relinquish the spotlight – not exactly the flat structure they boast. After three years of professing to be an “integrated” consultancy with a “digital offer”, it is evident that they don’t understand their service offering and capabilities; nor do they have a viable business strategy beyond just wanting to make lots of money by 2020. The modus operandi was to “hussle” and inflate. The positive and forward thinking “values” regurgitated at the point of recruitment, are not those lived on a daily basis by employees. The culture indoctrination of "transparency" and "adult to adult working" has concerning undertones of cultish behaviour and psychological bullying – notably displayed by senior figures. You are sold career progression and a collaborative team environment, with an abundance of benefits and a sought-after work/life balance. The stark reality is an environment of heightened paranoia and backbiting, caged in broken promises, long hours and a management of calamity.

A B3.0 you are exposed to more - bigger client challenges, bigger ideas, bigger audiences, more potential to change who businesses are, what they do and how they do it. You play with design and people's belief at the highest strategic level. Yet it's never dry, never commercial without also being human-centred, never settling for 'best practice'. The challenges the business tackles - identity, reimagining... business and at its centre ... creating momentum - are critical, inspirational and deliciously complex. The leaders hire and live to their values in a way I've never seen before. Everyone there does. There is a deep belief system right at the heart of the firm and it beautifully connects people who are otherwise wildly different in their skill set and career backgrounds. It makes working there an experience of possibilities, appreciation of thought, collective drive and determination, with the grit and belief by everyone that you can change things in profound ways. And if you are hungry, there is opportunity. It's an entrepreneurial firm- you can grab something and run with it, you can create futures that don't exist. Yet those choices are not trivially made - because here you have the privaledge to be holding the brand and taking it with you where you go. Finally I'd say it's a place of heart and honesty. There isn't politicking or manoeuvring. People are not cold nor does the business view you coldly. People speak openly from a kind place and care about your work sure but also your mind and your state. It shows up in the close relationships between everyone, in the way people share feedback and insight, in how much time and thought is given to developing people, even in how the founders reflect on how they can best serve the people of the business I only left because my family and I moved overseas
단점:These are not cons to me but truths to know The work is peaks and troughs - it's a sprinter's environment - now that works for me but for others it may not. - there is opportunity yet this is an entrepreneurial place. It won't just fall into your lap, you have to seek it and run with it

I can't recommend the company more highly as a place to work! - The people: without doubt this is a fantastic group of people. Diverse, intelligent and hungry to succeed as individuals but also as a team/business. Also very supportive as a group. - The business has exciting clients and very interesting projects that they're working on, which means that you get a unique hybrid of being in a small and growing... business yourself (exposure, autonomy and responsibility, as well as fun culture), at the same time as getting insight into big businesses and the challenges they're facing. - Culture: both in terms of the atmosphere of the office (fun and relaxed, but with a focus on doing an awesome job), as well as the general attitude to how people behave and the way people develop / support each other. Adult-to-adult culture is practised, not just preached! - Leadership team is approachable and available. It's great to get exposure to a wide variety of people at different stages of their career.
단점:- Growing pains, like any other scaling business. Decisions can sometimes be difficult or slow to come to due to lots of people being involved / having their own thoughts, but definitely improving. - Salaries are lower than industry average, but this is compensated by fantastic benefits and the culture/work environment.

- Working at Business 3.0 offers a really fantastic opportunity to learn and develop on-the-job; through working with big business clients across industries, gaining exposure and understanding of working with senior management clients, and through working with clever and experienced colleagues - Clients: Really fantastic range of exciting clients across diverse industries and varied projects - Good work/life... balance generally. Naturally, project work leads to peaks/troughs of busyness, but Business 3.0 is very keen to encourage employees to look after their own well-being and support this with their holiday policy etc. - Great colleagues - I've never worked with such clever, interesting, ambitious, thought-provoking individuals. - Strong culture – Business 3.0 has built a really fantastic culture through camps, weekly all-company ‘huddle’ meetings, Slack channels, feedback culture, transparency and openness to challenge/improvements... and good benefits!
단점:- As is common to small/young businesses, Business 3.0's systems and processes still need development to be truly excellent (e.g. professional development support, career progression pathways, onboarding etc). In saying that, I know that the business is in the process of developing these as a strong platform for growth.

B3.0 is different and truly invests in it. - It's a genuinely fun place to work! They invest heavily in socials and fun, the good side of being a small challenger.
단점:- Leadership Team hasn't really figured out how to utilise the 'hybrid talent'. If you're from a similar company to them it's much easier to adjust - While there is an emphasis on personal development the support is poor. Receiving highly critical feedback but then being left to fend for yourself in improving. - It may be small but it's very hierarchical. That's the norm if you come from a big 4 but alien to much... of the hybrid talent.
