장점:

Good location, nice office, international team, excellent learning opportunities. If you're motivated and open-minded, you will develop several important skills working here. The startup environment allowed me to complete many tasks outside of my role which made me grow as a person and as a professional. There's a lot of really good and talented people working at allmyhomes. Find them and learn from them!

단점:

The company culture feels a bit forced/shallow, the company has grown so quickly that you don't even know who you're working with anymore. It feels like Management focuses on taking on as many clients as possible regardless of how bad the project is, or how good the non-cooperative the client is. They claim to have a flat-hierarchy policy but this is mostly not true (sorry). They're also not as open to new... approaches or ideas as they say they are. Sometimes when you try to suggest new ways of doing things you'll be met with excuses and reasons why that's not possible. HR likes to rely on their company "policy" a bit too much, despite the fact that it's a bit silly to talk about a policy considering it's supposed to be a 3-year-old startup. Also, it feels like HR is there to protect the company from its employees, instead of being there to look out for the employee's interests. Sad. It also feels like befriending and sucking up to management is a more effective way to move forward with your career than actually putting in the hard work. Also, there's a super weird but very palpable separation between the German-speaking part of the team and people that come from abroad. The company has tried to address this but it's difficult to fix.

- Management is always available - flat hierarchies - bringing own ideas is desired - friendly working atmosphere - nice colleagues - quarterly performance reviews - extensive onboarding process - really nice office! - free german and english classes - team events - monthly allhands meetings

단점:

- still things to learn and to build - there could be more benefits
