Very fun and passionate colleagues. Working area is huge. can easily fit 3-4 monitors, side to side. Big titles and IP Lots of creative freedom for the artist, but not for designers. HR is good. Colleagues are generally positive and fun loving.
단점:Management is messy is a understatement. Previous CEO Da*** N* (censored) is too controlling and overpowering. A businessman trying to design games? Bad idea. Some of the higher management are just smoking/bullsh!tt!ng their way thru to the top and they have no problem backstabbing others to gain favor of their higher ups. Those inside now will know. Producers have little say in project and timeline. Alot of... them are Yes-man due to previous CEO way of management. Engineers OT & crunch non stop for nothing as game design is always changing due to higher ups indecisiveness.

Manageable pacing, not too stressed. Good worker benefits, current HR is responsive, reasonable and responsible.
단점:Routine work, not very good place for creativity to flow. Expect little guidance. One has to keep finding new things alone to keep oneself on the competitive edge and to avoid being drained.
