"The worst experience ever - RUN!"

There is not many positives to say. My colleagues were nice and everyone got along. The foundation for the team spirit was fear of management, lies (even on the Country Manager level), and constantly being afraid of being the next one to go for the most absurd reasons.

단점:

This list would be endless but let's try to keep it short. The management doesn't know how to keep good employees. People are constantly changing . They leave by their own will or due to being fired. Level of micro-management is absolutely insane. They track everything you do and people are constantly afraid of every small things being held against them. If you hear someone saying that the micro-management is not... their style - they even got rid of the clocking system - it's the furthest from the truth! If you have an idea that goes against the management's current way of doing things, it's safer to keep it to yourself in order to keep your job. A lot of the employee management comes from the Country Managers who are not capable of executing this properly. The use of old-fashioned and out-dated programs won't give any opportunities to grow and learn what is actually happening in digitalization. Let's not forget zero opportunities to work from home for a day or two if needed. If you are interested in your personal well-being, this is the last company you want to work for.

"Good colleagues does not make up for the biggest mess of a company ever."

To be perfectly honest, not a lot of positives to say about the company. My colleagues were, for the most part, extremely nice, and there was a real sense of comradery amongst the sales team. Sadly, this was founded on a very real fear of management, job security, and absurd lies and manipulation. The Salary was, when I started, just above average for the market, however lately this has dropped significantly... for new hires. The location in Sulzbach is beautiful, and the offices are nice. Work/life balance is excellent!

Where to begin. I think the best way to describe the company is that over the course of the last year, over 30 people left the company or was fired (roughly 20 within the 6 months); in an office with around 60 people. That’s 1/3 of everyone, who were scared away or thrown out. Most of the none-management people there are constantly afraid of getting fired, and it shows every single day. There is an absurd amount... of control and micro-management. Everything you do is documented and will be spun against you if they so wish. To the point where one of my colleagues were being monitored for how many times, he had to visit the bathroom; a colleague who superseded his sales targets with 10%. They will tell you that eGENTIC does not believe in micromanagement, but nothing could be further from the truth! To the point where several people have had to have extended sick-leaves due to mental distress over working there. The overall strategy is to hark on weakness, rather than promote success. If you are looking for a place, in which you can expect personal growth, positive reinforcement, and proper top-down management, this is your chance to run away screaming. However, if you feel comfortable in role in which you can expect manipulation, micromanagement and general fear for your job, eGENTIC is the place for you.

"From good to ok to bad and now ................speechless"

Location is good everything else was good last time but now......................

Working environment used to be good but now is bad. too many politics, too many gossip, too many toxic and the 3 MD dont know how to deal with it Is hard to have 3 captains want to be for the ship when all 3 are actually just sailors. Pay is not standardise - if you know how to "wayang" then you get more and stay forever in the company even no result After the new layout the office is soo tight and looks... and feel cramp. The bosses say is better but the employee say the opposite. The management always say we are open to hear you. come to us if anything but actual fact when someone actually open up and comment the next thing he is being terminated Dont appreciate loyal and good staff that is why most good people wont stay long. The bosses rather spend money on alcohol during events rather then good food or good activity

Great progression within the company.

단점:

Sales and marketing have misaligned KPIs. The marketing teams are rewarded for buying a huge amount of cheap leads that the sales team cannot sell, so sales struggle to meet their own targets. Need to focus more on the quality rather than quantity.

Good location and annual staff trip.

단점:

Management didn't act on several incidents of sexual harassment towards females. Boys club culture with minimal females in senior positions. The office is in a good spot however the building is tired and for a period of time there were rats. The company boasts "flexible" working hours however this either means an 8am or 9am start. Management also make a regular habit of secretly checking all Skype messages.

- the hierachy is actually very low, direct contact to the Managing Directors is normal even for people in lower positions - very nice international atmosphere with a good mixture of younger and older people - flexible working hours with core time between 10am and 4pm - very fair payment and yearly raises possible if you perform well - many paid company events like Oktoberfest, ski trips and christmas parties... which give everybody to chance to connect on a personal level

단점:

- holidays are not negotiable neither is home office - outside of Frankfurt, so it takes a while (~1h from downtown) to go there except if you have a car
