There are none. Absolutely none.
단점:These guys called me on 3 separate occasions for a big role, had me talk to a number of their most senior people and never got back to me on the status of my candidacy. They did this on 3 separate occasions. Another example of an aggressive company with no regard for how they appear to candidates or to the technology community. Stay away, there are better jobs and companies

There are good clients with big names, but little else to keep employees in NYC or clients anywhere long term.
단점:Leadership does not treat employees with respect. This is especially true for women who are not treated as equal and never stay long as result. There is tremendous turnover and an inability to keep employees. Micromanagement rules in the NY office along with the expectation that you will work overtime to accommodate imposed changes and demands. There are good clients however the company functions by over-charging... and under-delivering. There is no understanding of process or how to deliver good work, in a timely fashion and keep clients. Lastly, the office conditions in NYC are miserable- noisy and uncomfortable. Client visits are discouraged, and employees will often work from home to avoid coming in. The NY office is a mere shell front for this Indian-owned and operated company.

단점:Diverse full-life cycle recruiting for position up to C-level in both corporate and staffing agency environments spanning early stage start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in High-Tech across various functional organizations in Sales, IT, and R&D.

Hardly anybody serious for company growth so anybody who is smart in manipulating management can survive long here so if you are good at politics long career awaits you here
단점:Anything committed is never fulfilled, salary never comes on time. People are getting fired every month. No onsites. People who quit dont get fnf and have to take legal routes to recover that. Company size is shrinking at fast pace. Only 70 employees as of today. Freshers join and are fired once project is delivered in couple months time. Massive hiring everyday massive firing everyday. Conflicting management.... Nothing to learn as no technology upgrades or project only couple projects running. No infrastructure whatsoever. HR has no power to stand for employees against management. Policies change frequently and visions change indefinitely.

- Office in the heart of Gurgaon, close to the international airport. - I myself work remotely (Bangalore) but whenever travelling to corporate office,hotel accommodation and logical arrangement is superb. - As you can imagine, flexible work environment - Reimbursements on time. - Tax friendly salary structure (I read posts on delay about sal. but I have been here for nearly an year now and never faced such... issues).
단점:None that I can think about.
