There is nothing to be mention at all , ask any former employees.

단점:

The main two culprit was the two bosses who had recently left the company. What's so great about them and this company? They are just simply the worst working professionals you ever came acrossed your career. Low pay scale , no benefits , no career progression AT ALL. Some managers even will be flirting with interns or their own agents. Oh my , you can be their father so stop doing such a shameful acts.... Benefits ? Well , you will experience the fastest termination or warning letter from this company. And you can check with Ministry of manpower on how many people complain them. There is totally no perks or any rewarding benefits to begin with. If HR told you so , please asked for a black and white written or video recording from them.

- Five-day work week. - Good money is to be made for those excellent at sales or telemarketing. Note that those possessing diplomas or degrees would earn more promoting the same financial products by working directly under the various banks. - Regular incentives for achieving daily goals such as token cash prizes and going home early at 6 pm. Buffets to be enjoyed upon achieving the monthly team targets. -... Need leave? Got sales? You will get the first if you nailed the second. - Easy entry interviews as eFusion is always on the lookout for telemarketers due to a high turnover rate. 'O' Level holders are accepted as well. - Located in Toa Payoh directly above Braddell MRT station so one saves on expensive dining as compared to working in the Central Business District. - Special arrangements can be made for those wishing to work from 9 am to 6 pm but there will only be one break -- lunch for half an hour at 1 pm. 단점:

- Working hours: 9 am to 7 pm, with an hour-long lunch break at 1 pm to 2 pm and short breaks that last 15 minutes: 9 am to 9.15 am; 11.30 am to 11.45 am; 4.30 pm to 4.45 pm. Factor in travelling time and those are some pretty long working hours despite the short breaks. - Management style here is strictly top-down. Feedback must be through "the proper channel(s)" which translates to lots of red tape. Whether... your message gets across depends on whom you report to, if your supervisor is willing to relay the constructive feedback to the top dogs who make the final decision. - When performance is down, expect threats of having to do an extra hour for the day or having to return on Saturdays. This will be overtime with *no* overtime pay. - After 2 years with eFusion, loyal employees will be enrolled into group insurance under AIA but it seems to be one of the most basic plans hence why this is listed under "Cons". No dental benefits here. - Basic pay is slow to increase unless consistent, good perfomance is noted by your supervisor and s/he brings it up to upper management or unless you yourself request it in view of some three consecutive months of good perfomance. - Annual leave is taken into account when it comes to the annual appraisal for the attendence section, i..e. Annual leave taken is included instead of being excluded. - There is a lot of talk of integrity, compliance and other values, but there is an obvious lack of it based on what the company practises. - Use the lockers provided or it may be your loss. Items that have gone missing include but are not limited to: money, phone charging cable, earphones, iPhones, wallets, entire bag of 3-in-1 coffee mix (I kid you not).
