Market leader in the travel management landscape which provides opportunity to employees to move internally and learn different aspects of the business. Great work environment with high employee engagement and rewarding outstanding performance.
단점:Like any large organisation, new employees can feel flabbergasted on the way the company works due to different processes/teams in the company. My own learning has been to understand the culture and then recommend any improvements. All leaders respect and value such recommendations and happy to incorporate them.

단점:Sometimes getting closures internally can be challenging, but that is true for most big organizations.
