-They really try to create a culture built on camaraderie and family. To that end there are a lot of company hosted get together and events.-Management is flexible and makes it clear that they care about you.-Very easy to reach back to management or HQ for support. Management and team leads are very responsive.
단점:Benefits are fair but Salary does not seem competitive
