Great retirement/401k employer matched contributions, opportunity to purchase company shares. Very clean facility. Great vision and future goals.
단점:Opportunity for advancement and pay rises are determined by extreme favoritism-not skills, experience, performance or work ethic.Very poor communication and inability to make decisions from facility managers, relying on personal opinions of friends rather that facts. Infomation outside of chosen circles is largely ignored for months until the idea is regurgitated by the inner circle.Not enough workers to perform work forcing mandatory overtime. (Every saturday) which is unpaid for salaried workers, and ends up not being much for hourly as the amount changes the taxes.Poor moral among workers.
