The people you work with are great. There is a lot of diversity. Sometimes the pay was good. The products are beautiful.
단점:Management makes very impulsive decisions, which would often contradict what they previously stated.Raises were inconsistently given to new employees over experienced employees.Game of favorites.No trust.Sometimes overtime would be added with short notice.HR is a joke.

It is a growing company.
단점:Growing company.A lot of growing pains.The entire interview, hiring and on-boarding processes were awkward. HR could use some management or general HR training. The workflow, in regards to the internal team, could definitely use some work. The structures in place don't seem to be ones that work.
