1) relax working environment2) work-life balance is good3) people are warm
단점:1) not good salary2) not good place to enhance your skills3) not good to have a career for becoming a C-Level Executive4) doesn't provide any benefits you can have from corporates5) there are no education/training benefits6) unexperienced c-level I believe they don't have any mentorship too
