1. Responsible for P2P Process
•Manage and update complex processes related with account payable in the own responsibility to embed into the overall accounting processes.
•Review and process employee, vendor and intercompany AP posting and prepare payment list for cash reimbursement.
•Manage and handle corporate card process with proper communication with vendor.
•Manage and update vendor master data and approval table requested by employees.
•Report AP aging status with overdue AP analysis.
•Process owner and responsible key person for leading process to guide SSC.
•Lead regular training session to company employees to give better understand AP process and guideline.
2. General accounting and business reporting:
•Create and develop KPI (Key Performance Indicator) to manage and steer the company based on business needs.
•Provide financial reporting to CFO on AP aging status.
•Provide balance sheet reconciliation on AP to CFO in order to explain financial status of company with relevant business analysis.
•Forecast cash reimbursement and review the actual payment status to check the variance between forecast and actual payment.
•Ensure all employees are aware of DAG guideline regarding AP process and change the process if it isn’t met the guideline.
3. Tax and Compliance
•Ensure VAT reconciliation and correct tax filing on time.
•Support corporate income tax reporting with right communication with external certified public accountant to ensure timely reporting and compliance to K-IFRS.
•Support external auditor for year end audit in order to comply with K-IFRS regulation.
4. Internal Control Process
•Set up local policy and guideline on P2P business with communication in Management Committee to get approval. After approval, implement new guideline to business.
•Implement internal control process based on Daimler policy on P2P and improve any deficiency on the process.
•Recognize any deficiencies on internal control process and set up remediation actions to ensure compliance with Daimler policies.
•Project leading cross functional and divisional project within Daimler to improve current processes.
- University degree or equivalent qualification with a strong finance background- Business Administration or Finance major is preferred- Fluent in English (both written & speaking)- Logical thinking and analytical problem solving skill- Leading project and experience about business process innovation- Proficient in MS office
