채용모집 내용

본사위치 : Stuttgart, Germany.

Office Equipment & Fixed Assets & Facility Management

•Be responsible for office equipment at all company locations which include such activities as planning, acquisition, maintaining, repairing & disposing

•Fixed assets management

•Ensure security such as access, CCTV monitor control in SSQ office

•Being responsible for managing and improving services & utilities

•Cooperate & proactively communicate with MBK admin to achieve operational efficiencies in the office management & to get best deals from vendors by consolidating the volume

•By fully cooperating with shared service department, make sure that newly hired/transferred employees are well settled in the office by providing all required services & utilities such as ID card, business card, phone line, arranging work station and workplace allocation

•Liaison with Building management team_ SSQ We Service & 3F Conference Room reservation

•Manage vendor contracts related to office, facility, and general administrations

Company Car management

•Manage the order, allocation, asset disposal, and other processes

•Monitor company car programs is executive properly against internal policy and provide a guidance to the employees

Office Space Planning

•Provide professional working environment as well as appropriate and sufficient work place for all employees

•Handle and manage Office lease agreement

Talent Acquisition

•Support overall recruitment process for permanent, temporary and agency workers

•Assume key user role in Taleo (e-recruiting) and support hiring managers for Requisition processes

•Propose Taleo system enhancement based on the feedback from in/external users and monitor system change request with global Taleo support team

•Develop talent sourcing strategy aligned with corporate strategy

•Manage the relationship with external search firm and university career centers for job posting & candidate pooling

•Conduct direct sourcing (e.g. candidate searching, cold call, promoting DTK)

•Conduct CV screenings and screening interviews

•Coordinate the processes of interviews, assessment center

•Prepare an offer letter and extend the offer to the candidate or agencies

•Prepare on-boarding processes and liaise with internal stakeholders for new joiner preparations

•Support new joiner Day 1 and provide support for their first 100 days

•Coordinate probation confirmation processes

•Conduct hiring process review to enhance the efficiency and propose & implement the improvements

Employer Branding & Culture

•Plan and analyze working environment as well as appropriate and sufficient work place for all employees

•Ensure cooperation with relevant department(IT, Shared service), make sure that newly hired/transferred employees are well settled in the office

•Develop corporate employer branding plans including internship program, career fair, annual hiring planning

•Conduct ‘employee engagement surveys’ and provide company-wide and department level analysis and facilitate follow-up action items

•Lead ‘LS 2020 Change Agent’ & conduct self-organized events to make great place to Work
Education

Bachelor degrees in Business Administrations, Real Estates management, Accounting, etc.

Experience

Minimum 2 years business experience in General administrations, building management, or car/fleet management

Specific knowledge

Excellent communication skill

Self-motivated and result-driven attitude

Strong teamwork skills; ability to take ownership of projects and work with inter-departmental functions to achieve project completion in a smooth and timely manner

Strong business negotiating skills

Good understanding of finance and accounting
