Develop and implement brand plan (1 yr, 3yr)
Identify potential of brand in a simple and realistic idea based on market dynamic
Develop and translate brand strategy and positioning into compelling consumer-facing initiative
Define clear KPI for each initiative to improve market share, brand equity (with Digital included) and financial outcome
Deliver aligned key performance index in the market ensuring execution is in line with agreed time schedule
Implement brand plans, as agreed with management and brand company
Fully manage day-to-day operations by closely working with relevant stakeholders to ensure KPI
Internal: trade marketing, sales, finance, logistics
External: creative, media, production agencies, collaboration entities.
Delivers performance, consumer trend analysis to Community Manager namely sales analysis by channel, segmentation, SKU, region
Monitor and report on competitor activity
